Following with our World Environment Day actions, we welcomed the 5th Aberaman Scout group at our Aberdare facility, during our summer maintenance shut down.
We organized a tour around our facility for the scouts group where we discussed our production processes; from raw material through to finished products. The Aberaman Scout group learned about all the environmental benefits of tree shelters as well as our in house recycling of production scrap, and recycling initiatives for other site waste.
The children also got involved in a sunflower growing competition.
