Launch of forestry video – “Small plants, strong roots”

Using Tubex treeshelters allows for the planting of smaller trees which are cheaper and easier to source, and ultimately lead to trees with stronger roots.

In this video, Toni Hammer, former Chief Forester of the Baden-Baden forest in Germany, continues to explain how Tubex tree shelters can play an essential part in reforestation projects.

The video describes the correct manner of planting a tree from assessing the quality of the planting stock to securely fixing the plant in the ground. After planting, a Tubex treeshelter is installed to protect the tree and encourage its growth. The product we recommend for this application is Tubex Ventex.
